- Ibukun Awosika has been described as a born business leader and a total woman. The OAU alumnus, IESE Business School and the Lagos Business School is the chariman of First Bank. Asides her position as the Chairman of FirstBank, Mrs. Awosika is also the Chief Executive Officer of The Chair Centre Group. 3. Lola Omolola: She is the founder, brain and magic beind the almost 2 million women membership on the online digital facebook platform “Female In Nigeria”. FIN, which stands for being Female in Nigeria, is an online safe space for women. The group was created shortly after the #BeingFemaleinNigeria hashtag trended on twitter. 4. MO ABUDU. Mosunmola Abudu, usually known as Mo Abudu, is a Nigerian media mogul, media personality, philanthropist, and former human resources management consultant. The media mogul who recently wowed everyone with her state of the art, billions worth luxurious architectural edifice, “Ebony Life Place” situated right at the center Victoria Island Lagos has been described by Forbes as “Africa’s Most Successful Woman” for being the first African woman to own a Pan-Africa TV channel and in 2013, she was listed as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Global TV by The Hollywood Reporter.
